Does Hammé use any harmful chemicals in the composition of any of its products like mercury, lead or steroids?
Absolutely not. Hammé is free of any harmful agents like lead, mercury, steroids etc., which might potentially be a long-term danger to your skin. Hammé uses original ingredients to treat your skin with care & love, without damaging it at all.
Is Hammé Halal?
Yes. Hammé is 100% Halal & safe to use.
Does Hammé test its products on animals?
No, we do not test our products on animals. Our products are absolutely cruelty free.

How do I get to know about my skin type?
Your skin can be either of the following types—normal, dry, oily or combination. Using a blotting paper, you can examine your skin type. Patting it on your face, if it absorbs a lot of oil, your are most likely to have an oily skin. If it collects oil only from your T-zone, you have normal or combination skin type & if the blotting paper does not collect any oil at all or a very minute amount of it, you have dry skin.

Oil, pollution & bacteria are the main causes of acne, which trap inside your pores and harbor it.

The most important part of a healthy skincare routine undoubtedly is cleansing. Your skin, once properly cleansed, is free of various harmful pollutants, impurities, dirt, oil & bacteria that might lead to numerous skin related issues.

Does Hammé promote fair complexion?
No, we do not promote any specific skin colour. We believe every complexion is beautiful & promote self-acceptance & confidence through our products. However, we do not deny this fact either that it is a right of every individual to remove sun tan & pollutant effects to regain the original skin tone they were born with, just like everyone has a right choosing to go for tanning their skin or not. So we provide products with SPF-30 to protect from sun tanning & some other agents that do not help in making your skin fairer, rather bring it back to the natural complexion you actually possess by birth.

No, you do not need to setup an account. You can directly check into the products & add the personal information after you are done with product selection.

What if I want to return or replace my order after I have received it?

Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship within Pakistan.
What carrier do you use?
We are using Call Courier and track for delivering our products.
Does Hammé use parabens or sulfates?
No, our products are absolutely free of any harmful chemicals like parabens & sulfates.
What kind of surfactants do you use?
We use ether-free ionic & non-ionic surfactants in our face washes that are especially created for sensitive baby’s skin, working mildly to cleanse your face.
Have all your products been tested by a dermatologist?
Yes, all our skin related products have been tested by a dermatologist.

Yes, our products are crafted with love for both men & women.
Are your products Paraben-free?
Yes, our products are absolutely paraben-free.
What are your delivery charges?
Rs.190 Delivery charges all across Pakistan. Free Return.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery within Lahore will be made in maximum 48 hours, while that in other cities will be reached within the maximum time of 72 hours.
Is the delivery time same for all parts of the country?

How reliable is your delivery service method?
We deliver through different courier companies to ship all orders safely at your doorstep.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
It is well ensured that your order will not be lost or damaged. However if such instance takes place you will receive a full refund on your order. Hammé takes complete responsibility of such matters.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that orders may take up to 3 full business days to process in our warehouse before shipping. Therefore, orders with standard shipping may take from 7 to 10 business days to arrive. For more information visit our delivery services policy.
Do you have limits on how much product I can order?
No, there is no limit on the quantity of your order.
How can I update my order?
Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes to it. This includes updates to shipping information as well as product selections. Please be sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

Why is my order incomplete?
Items missing from your order may have been out of stock. If a product has a price of 0.00 on your final invoice, it was unavailable during order fulfillment and you were not charged for it. Please contact customer service 03357777051 with any further questions about your purchase.
What types of payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we are offering Cash on delivery (COD) as the sole method of payment.
